Cannon Sleep Products Expands Territory

 

This is a very exciting day for our company and our customers. Cannon Sleep Products has acquired the license to market and sell Spring Air branded products throughout the states of California and Arizona. There are few key inflection points in every companies development that can truly be looked at as game changers. This is one of those points in our fifty-five year history.

During the last four years Cannon Sleep Products has worked to re-establish the Spring Air brands in Northern California. We have seen great success growing the brand from zero dollars in sales to nearly six million in annual sales. With the opportunity to license Southern California and Arizona we expect our business to grow at an accelerated rate by reaching the nearly thirty-seven million consumers in the expanded market.

While this opportunity means a great deal to our family-centered company we believe the benefits to our current and new customers will be strong as well. The expanded territory and sales increase provides us the opportunity to negotiate with our vendors and suppliers for more stable pricing in raw materials. This means we will be able to offer more stable and aggressive pricing to you our customers as the territory grows.  In addition, the expanded territory will give us scale to bring new Spring Air products back to market. You can expect to see a Four Seasons introduction later this year.
