Pleasant Mattress is bolstering its California sales team with the addition of two experienced bedding veterans.
Reid Onnen has been named sales representative to oversee the company’s retail sales from California’s Inland Empire and south to San Diego. Quincy Scurry will oversee sales from Napa Valley and down to San Jose. Both Onnen and Scurry report to Kevin Cooley, field sales manager.
Onnen entered the bedding industry in 1988, with bedding retailer Miramar Mattress Company. He has since held several leading sales and marketing positions with Ashley Furniture, Diamond Leather, Diamond Mattress and Stress-O-Pedic. He currently resides in Temecula, Calif.
In 2002, Scurry began his sales career in retail sales. He joined the bedding industry as head area sales manager of a leading California-based sleep retailer, in September of 2005. Scurry lives in Alameda, Calif.
